The
28th Annual Conference of the University of Wisconsin System
Women's Studies Consortium will bring together academics,
teachers, students, community leaders and activists, and
others whose lives have been enriched by Women's Studies
to celebrate, examine, and envision the past, present, and
future of Women's Studies. Each person attending the conference
will have the opportunity to attend the events of their
choice during each of the six workshop sessions offered
in the two day conference. There are also four sessions
with featured speaker that include Lynn Peril, Sherrie Inness,
Jennifer Baumgardner and Amy Richards, and Minnesota State
Senator Mee Moua. The Women of Color Awards Ceremony concludes
the conference.
